Prayers needed!

Lately there have been a few moms with anencephalic babies that have been under attack. They are receiving not very nice emails and comments. I don't know why people have chosen to attack us but we need to pray for these people. Nicole, Myah, and Misty and their babies, Logan, Faith, and Isaac, have all been targeted for whatever reason. (I pray no one else has been!) Myah and baby Faith have been getting lots of hate mail and it is horrible! I guess I consider myself lucky that I have only received one inappropriate comment and it wasn't as bad as these wonderful mommies have received because it was just targeted at me and not my daughter, but I still didn't appreciate it. (That's why I moderate my comments now.)

I find it especially heinous to target an innocent child. I've seen a lot that was written about these precious babies and it just makes me sick how anyone could be so mean and hateful. It hurts my heart tremendously. Please pray that these attacks stop and that whoever are making these attacks have a change of heart. Also pray that no one else receives such awful comments. If you have time please encourage these mommies.

I will defiantly pray for these people that are being so cruel. It is so sad that people can be so mean. All of you mommies are doing a WONDERFUL job. Unfortunately harsh words are not easy to forget and cause scars, but there are so many more people that have kind uplifting words to offer that speak truth.

These poor families have enough going on in their lives. I will keep them in my thoughts and prayers!!! Please let them know that there are still many people praying for them and their families!

Goodness. How horrible. I can't imagine even thinking about having a negative thought in my head about these babies or their mommies.

Holly, it's so precious that you are encouraging Misty as strongly as you do. I know your common experiences bond you. It's a great witness to those out here in the "blogosphere." Well done, good and faithful servant. May your heart and arms feel full of Jesus' love.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort that we ourselves have received from God.

I can't believe someone would be so cruel. I will definitely pray for these families and will make some time to visit their sites soon. My heart is broken to hear this. Thank you for sharing this so that we can pray and encourage these precious families.

Praying for God's continued comfort for you, as well...

Prayer has been ongoing and continues for this situation. I have chosen not to blog about it simply so as not to encourage these people further. It is unfortunate that there are so many in the world whose hearts are so hardened. But where love exists so also must hate. We know the truth though....that Love will triumph over all in the end. That is why they fight against us so very hard. They know they are on the losing side.

I simply LOVE the way Misty responded to it. I feel much the same way. As much as it gets my "back up" and makes me want to counter attack, reponding with grace and love in the midst of that hatred is the best thing she could have done. It will touch their hearts whether they know it or not and it WILL change their lives one day.

I will continue to pray that maybe, just maybe, these people have had their "fun" and are done making rounds. If not, well, we will just have to pray that much harder for them!

There really is not any better way to express my sorrow to these Moms regarding these horrible comments.. How sick and disturbed would one have to be to want to cause any of the Moms here any more heartache and grief than they have already endured. It is my prayer that they all know they have many many more supporters than haters..
blessings to all of them and prayers for the evil persons who have hurt them....

Are you kidding me? This is why you're a better person than I am. My instinct is to smack them upside the head, I mean, really. But I will be Christ-like in my example and pray for them, and the many mommies who need as much love as possible. And I will do it because it's right. AND because you can't cyber smack people. Geez...

All of these families are going thru so much right now. It saddens my heart that people can be so mean & hateful. I pray that it stops for all of them. I know that I will pray for all of these people.

Please know that there are many many more loving hearted people that support and care about you and ALL your BEAUTIFUL babies.
Your precious babies are and forever will be a deep part of you.

I may not be religious, but I support your decisions and think about you all daily.

I know about your family through Denise (I am a cranio mommy) I followed your blog closely the day, night, and into the early morning that sweet Carleigh was born. Your family is so strong, including your sweet mother (read a bit of her blog too, I don't think I will be able to ever hear the song Jesus Loves Me, without thinking of Carleigh. So sweet.) It hurts my heart to hear you and other mothers have been receiving hurtful comments. It really shows that evil does walk on this Earth. God bless you all and your sweet little angels!
