Do you know that song More Beautiful You by Jonny Diaz? Well, I really loved some of the lyrics in the chorus so I've wrote a version of the song for Carleigh. I kept the lyrics that I liked the same. Just sing it to the tune of the song (click the video to hear it). Every time I sing it (whether out loud or in my head), it brings me to tears! And these tears are not tears of sadness. They are the tears of a joyful and happy mother! I am so proud of my daughter! I love her so much! No words could ever describe the love I have in my heart for my daughter. :')

That is so precious and touching. You wrote a beautiful poem to describe a beautiful baby. Carleigh has affected SO many people in a positive manner. I know she has touched my heart.

Your alternate lyrics are really sweet! The theme of Jonny Diaz's song reminds me of Steven Curtis Chapman's song "Fingerprints of God," which really helped me when I was working on self-image problems. ~Debbie
