Carleigh's name in the sand

Thank you Carly for sending me a picture of Carleigh's name in the sand. I absolutely love it and it was such a nice surprise. I appreciate it very much!!

Please check out Carly's site To Write Their Names In The Sand. It's just beautiful. For those of you who don't know, Carly lives in Australia and she writes the names and takes the photos. Click here to learn how she got started.

What a beautiful photo she took for Carleigh. I came across Caryl a few months ago, she inspired me to do my handkerchiefs. I now look at every photo she posts. She is a beautiful woman with a huge heart.

How beautiful! Carly does such a wonderful for people! I know you will treasure that photo along with all your photos. I did not see Carleigh's name on Carly's website, did she send that to you before making it a post?

Lynnette is sending me a copy of her book today, so I might be a week behind the rest when you begin the reading group. Can't wait!

Holly, What a beautiful site to see Carleigh's name in the sand. On another note I wanted to say that I am praying for God's peace when Carleigh's marker is finally up. I remember the feeling that it took from July to May for Andy's marker and as much as I wanted it to up (and was looking forward to healing) there was something about seeing his life and death dates carved in stone that overwhelmed me. It was real and there was no denying that my son had died. I continue to pray for you and Anthon. Love, Beth

Isn't Carly amazing? It took my breath away when she wrote the names of my Thomas, Faith, and Grace. And it blessed me today to see sweet Carleigh's name in the sand. It's amazing to think of someone on the other side of the world writing your baby's name in the sand. Such a beautiful gift to give to a grieving mom's heart. It is a powerful thing to know that someone knows the name of your baby...to have them acknowledged. Love you...
