Day 10 of Capture Your Grief has us sharing a symbol that reminds us of our babies.
The color purple and stars remind me of Carleigh. The color purple started from her prayer shower when it was a purple theme. I’ve carried that color with me since. Stars come from me rewriting lyrics to a song for her and in it I called her my shining star.
The color yellow makes me think of Jordan. When we released a balloon after the memorial service we had at NMU it was the color yellow so it has just stuck.
