So October is here

I finally submitted my story to Faces of Loss, Faces of Hope. I had been meaning to do that for a while now and finally got my butt around to doing it. You can read it here but it's basically the same as what's under Carleigh's story above.

October is here. The 1st was our anniversary. We didn't do anything. This month is also Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness month with October 15th being the day of remembrance. I wanted to do giveaways like I did last year but this year it just isn't going to happen. I would like to have at least 1 giveaway though.

I am excited that this month I'll be meeting up with some fellow mommies in Tennessee. It was a great time last year and I can't wait! I'm also looking forward to visiting NMU again.

It's definitely been a lot harder to keep up with everyone since Lainey was born. I just don't have the time to like I used to (and even then it wasn't much). So if you don't see me leaving comments that's the reason. I assure you that I'm still reading though when I can. I do enjoy leaving comments because I know it's nice to receive them so I kinda feel bad about that.

Hope everyone has a good week!

Happy Anniversary to Anthony & you !!
I can understand being busy. I know with even older children I have to play catch up sometimes. Take care,

Caroline

Keep soaking in this sweet time, mama...it passes so quickly. I get sappy every time I think about how fast my oldest son is growing up...and I know it's only a matter of time before my James is that big. You are spending your time well, my friend...

Love to you...

Oh Holly, what you wrote on the Face of Loss site is just beautiful! I have read your story so many times but it still brought tears to my eyes. You will help someone so greatly with that story.

Happy anniversary! The best thing is that you have a new baby for a gift! Don't worry about commenting - I enjoy all the comments you leave when you can, but I know your time is limited.
Besides, you're still recovering from birth and pregnancy. I read Carleigh's story again - it is always beautiful any time I read it, the way you and Anthony carried to term and planned for her with special touches.
Thank you for the card you sent - I'm still so tired, but I will post about our celebration very soon. (((HUGS)))

Such precious moments are always good reasons to be preoccupied. We totally understand.
